設計理念/
客廳／餐廳空間-
跳脫常規格局，本案採取「去玄關化」設計，以電視牆作為核心主體，巧妙界定客廳與餐廳的場域關係。動線規劃為環形路徑，圍繞電視牆即可自然串聯兩個空間。
材質上選用義大利系統板材 CLEAF，搭配特殊塗料與深色木皮，整體基調偏向沉穩的暗色系。然而透過米白色塗料與石材的調和，以及精選藝術展品的點綴，平衡了視覺重量，使空間在內斂中帶有溫度，展現出細膩的人文氣質。
天花設計上特別運用圓拱造型與立體格線，結合隱藏式 LED 燈帶，形塑出帶有西方古典意象的層次感。

臥室空間-
臥室延續客廳的設計語彙，採用相同的 CLEAF 系統板材與特殊塗料，維持整體一致性與連貫性。入門即為開放式更衣間，視覺通透且實用；穿越石材造型門洞後，才正式進入睡眠區，形成空間的轉折與層次。
地面選用罕見的黑色調木地板，襯托出立面材質的肌理與深度，讓空間更具戲劇張力與質感表現。

浴室空間-
地面鋪設黑色霧面磚，其餘牆面則使用灰色霧面磚
主牆採用黑色筷子磚，表面具有細緻凹凸紋理，搭配造型鏡面與壁燈，強化光影層次。
洗手台以木作訂製並貼覆大理石材，搭配花崗石人造台上盆，兼顧美感與耐用度。大理石浴櫃兼具收納與造型，成為視覺焦點之一。

Living Room / Dining Room
Breaking away from conventional layouts, this project adopts a “de-foyer” design, using the TV wall as the central element to subtly define the spatial relationship between the living room and dining area. The circulation is planned as a circular flow, allowing movement to naturally connect both spaces around the TV wall.
In terms of materials, Italian CLEAF system panels are selected and paired with specialty paint finishes and dark wood veneers, establishing a calm and refined dark-toned palette. However, the incorporation of warm beige paint and stone elements, along with carefully curated art pieces, balances the visual weight—bringing warmth to the restrained aesthetic and expressing a delicate sense of cultural depth.
The ceiling design features arched forms and three-dimensional grid patterns combined with concealed LED lighting, creating layered spatial depth with hints of Western classical elegance.
Bedroom
The bedroom continues the design language of the living room, utilizing the same CLEAF system panels and specialty coatings to maintain visual continuity. Upon entry, an open walk-in closet appears first—transparent yet functional—before passing through a stone-framed arched doorway that leads into the sleeping area, creating a transitional spatial sequence.
The flooring features an uncommon black-toned wood, which enhances the texture and depth of the vertical surfaces, adding dramatic presence and refined character to the space.
Bathroom
The floor is finished with black matte tiles, while the remaining walls are clad in gray matte tiles.
The main wall features black stick-shaped tiles with subtle relief textures, paired with a sculptural mirror and wall sconces to enrich the play of light and shadow.
The vanity is custom-crafted from wood and clad in marble, complemented by a granite composite vessel sink that balances aesthetics and durability. The marble vanity cabinet provides both storage and visual impact, becoming a key focal point of the space.
